港交所推小型人民币期货合约 首日吸79名券商参与
港交所(00388.HK)在2012年推出全球首只可交收美元兑离岸人民币期货合约後,今日(26日)再推出小型人民币期货合约,每张合约金额2万美元,是旧版本的五分之一,保证金要求亦降低,并以人民币现金结算。
港交所定息及货币发展部主管马俊礼接受电视台专访时称,首日已吸引79名券商参与,是历来最多券商参与的其中一个新产品,预料可吸引散户为其人民币仓位作汇率风险对冲,有望成为港交所的核心产品之一。
另外,他透露,未来数月港交所将开发更多人民币相关产品,特别是定息及货币产品。
