廣州首批集中拍地 正榮地產(06158.HK)摘得白雲、增城兩地塊

4月26日,廣州首批集中供地中的24宗地塊迎來出讓。其中,9宗位於增城,4宗位於白雲,3宗位於南沙,番禺、知識城各2宗,荔灣、黃埔花都和從化各1宗,土地面積152.2萬平方米,總起價402.5億元。此次土拍備受關注,正榮地產(06158.HK)在此次土拍中摘得白雲區鍾落潭福龍路東側、增城荔湖街南北大道北側兩地塊,首次進入廣州。

其中,白雲區鍾落潭福龍路東側地塊,由正榮地產以20.91億元競得。資料顯示,該地塊為二類居住用地、服務設施用地,宗地面積5.85萬平方米(可建設用地4.26萬平方米),計容建築面積不超過12.55萬平方米。

增城荔湖街南北大道北側地塊由正榮地產以底價14.9億元競得,樓面價9801元/㎡。據瞭解,地塊位置位於增城區荔湖街南北大道北側,主要用途為二類居住用地(R2)(可兼容商業),總用地面積50673.31平方米(其中可建設用地面積50673.31平方米)。

據正榮地產2020年業績報吿顯示,2020年正榮地產實現銷售金額1419億元,全年目標完成度為101.4%,2021年目標銷售額較本期實際銷售額提升5.7%,為1500億元。知名券商東北證券表示,正榮地產堅持區域深耕和一二線城市佈局,具有充足的貨值儲備,看好公司未來銷售前景。
