4月25日，卓爾智聯(2098.HK)正式啟動公司全新品牌定位，致力於成為全球領先的數字貿易平台。
從傳統的“以物易物”到貨幣的出現，貿易的方式一直在伴隨着社會的進步而發生改變。隨着以區塊鏈、人工智能、物聯網為代表的新一代信息通信技術的不斷進步，數字化浪潮蓬勃興起，數字產業化和產業數字化發展態勢強勁，數字貿易、數字經濟已逐漸成為全球經濟發展的新引擎。
卓爾智聯起步於產業地產，後轉向於發展商貿產業批發，業已成為全國最大的消費品交易市場之一。2015年，公司開始全面擁抱產業互聯網，由線下到線上線下協同並進發展，逐漸從一家商貿物流龍頭企業轉型為全球B2B智能交易平台的構建者和運營者。
卓爾智聯集團總裁齊志平介紹，此次品牌定位升級後，卓爾智聯將更加聚焦於數字貿易創新發展，以新技術和新模式對產業進行轉型升級，將數據和數字化技術不斷滲透進產業鏈的每一個環節，從需求側貫通至供給側，通過“互聯互通、數據智能”的作用，推動各產業在生產效率、產品質量、交易運營、供應鏈服務等方面的創新，從而提高商業效率，改變每個產業的價值鏈。
在核心業務板塊上，卓爾智聯將以“新貿易方式”作為切入點，以大數據、人工智能、區塊鏈等數字化技術為應用，構建“B2B交易服務+供應鏈服務+數字技術雲服務”的架構體系。
B2B交易服務主要圍繞大宗商品和批發市場兩大交易場景，打造B2B綜合商城、B2B自有商城、B2B開放平台三大交易服務模式。B2B綜合商城是卓爾智聯打造的產業互聯網超級入口“卓爾購”，搭建多品類產業交易集羣以及供應鏈服務生態體系；B2B自有商城依託旗下中農網、卓鋼鏈、化塑匯、CIC、漢口北國際商品交易中心等線上線下交易平台，為合作伙伴提供多品類、全方位的B2B交易及服務；B2B開放平台則面向企業商家，開放卓爾智聯在供應鏈、交易、技術等方面的服務，幫助合作伙伴實現商業提升。此外，卓爾智聯已於近日組建“卓爾國貿”，旗下涵蓋新加坡國貿、卓嘉通、卓貿通等專業服務品牌，為進出口企業提供一站式綜合外貿及增值服務。
供應鏈服務是卓爾智聯運用新技術搭建的智慧供應鏈體系，驅動傳統供應鏈向現代供應鏈轉型，依託卓爾金服、卓爾雲倉、卓集送及卓易通等服務平台提供供應鏈金融、倉配、物流等綜合服務。
數字技術雲服務是以卓爾智聯研究院為核心，專注於區塊鏈、人工智能、大數據、雲計算等前沿技術研究，用新的數字技術創新性解決產業痛點。
當前，供給側結構性改革、國內國際“雙循環”正在持續推進。數字貿易作為新一代的貿易方式，在培育經濟新動能、探索供需對接新路徑、助力產業鏈升級等方面創造了良好的條件。卓爾智聯以數字貿易為主要着力點，通過面向企業提供交易、供應鏈、雲技術等服務，幫助產業鏈優化生產、整合資源，提高全要素生產效率，正是踐行國家高質量發展理念的生動體現。
