《盈警响号》天德地产(00266.HK)、凯联(00105.HK)料去年亏损扩大
天德地产(00266.HK)公布,持股50.01%的凯联国际酒店(00105.HK)预期截至2021年3月底止年度将录得除税前亏损约14.75亿元,较2020年同期亏损8.36亿元增加。亏损增加主要是由於疫情负面影响及投资物业估值亏损增加所致。
基於与凯联类似的原因,预期天德地产於3月底止上年度将录得除税前亏损约14.89亿元,对比2020年同期亏损为8.39亿元。
估值亏损不会对现金流造成影响,两间公司的整体财务及业务状况维持稳健。
