布莱克万矿业(00159.HK)转让西澳两铁矿石项目50%权益 引资1亿澳元
布莱克万矿业(00159.HK)公布,於4月22日与於澳洲交易所上市的矿之源开采订立转让及合营公司协议,向矿之源附属公司Polaris转让西澳Marillana铁矿石项目50%权益,以及西澳Ophthalmia铁矿石项目50%权益。
双方并成立合营公司开展该等项目,根据协议,初期开发工程将由矿之源开采提供资金,估计成本约为1.05亿澳元,发展期预计为42个月。
