腾讯控股(00700.HK):根据最高限额300亿美元全球中票计划发行的票据将于4月23日上市
格隆汇 4 月 23日丨腾讯控股(00700.HK)发布公告,公司已向香港联交所申请根据该计划发行将于2031年到期的5.0亿美元2.880%优先票据、将于2041年到期的9.0亿美元3.680%优先票据、将于2051年到期的17.5亿美元3.840%优先票据及将于2061年到期的10.0亿美元3.940%优先票据上市,该等票据以债务发行的方式仅发行予专业投资者。该等票据的上市将于2021年4月23日开始生效。
