華住集團-S(01179.HK):3月平均可出租客房收入已回覆至2019年95%水平
格隆匯 4 月 22日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)公佈2021年第一季度酒店業務的初步業績,由於COVID-19在上海、北京及湖北省的疫情反覆,而政府在中國農曆新年假期(春節假期)前頒佈"就地過年"的指引,2021年1月及2月的平均可出租客房收入分別僅回覆至2019年的74%及56%的水平。公司於第一季度的酒店開業亦受到COVID-19疫情復發的負面影響。然而,公司的表現於春節假期過後開始再次穩定復甦。尤其是,全國人民代表大會及中國人民政治協商會議於三月第一週舉行後,中國政府自2021年3月16日起進一步放寬旅遊限制。自此,公司見到北京地區的酒店需求強勁復甦,而隨後其他主要一線城市的需求亦相繼復甦。主要由於商旅需求強勁復甦的帶動下,公司於2021年3月的平均可出租客房收入已回覆至2019年的95%水平。踏入4月,復甦勢頭仍然持續。於清明節假期,公司的平均可出租客房收入回覆至2019年同期的96%水平,證明休閒旅遊的需求已強勁復甦。
Steigenberger Hotels AG及其附屬公司("DH")蒙受歐洲國家屢次再度爆發COVID-19疫情的影響。當地的封銷期曾數次延長,很可能進一步延至2021年5月底。歐洲國家於2020年12月起開始接種疫苗。然而,由於疫苗接種過程完成時間仍不明朗,因此業務復甦的時間仍未能確定,故公司正在採取進一步的削減成本及現金流量控制措施,如與業主協商減少租金成本、減少或取消公司非必要經營支出及資本開支等。然而,延長封鎖期的影響,其中部分應會被歐洲政府補助計劃的範圍擴大及有效期延長所抵銷。
