受对冲基金事件拖累,瑞信(CS.US)首季由盈转亏,蚀2.52亿瑞郎(约2.75亿美元),并估计事件於第二季会带来6亿瑞郎(约6.56亿美元)的影响,而集团已沽出97%的仓位。瑞信透过发行可转债向投资者集资约18亿瑞郎(约19.67亿美元)。瑞士监管机构Finma已展开向瑞信的执法程序。瑞信称计划削减主经纪商业务。
瑞信在瑞士证券交易所今日(22日)低开3.2%,报9.08瑞郎,初段跌幅扩大,现跌5%,报8.91瑞郎。
