《大行報告》中金降美團(03690.HK)目標價至402元 評級「跑贏行業」
中金發表研究報告指美團(03690.HK)日前宣布先舊後新折讓5.3%配股,扣除使費料淨籌66億美元;另發行兩筆共29.8億美元可轉債。中金認為,美團專注於長線投資以改善競爭力;及短期加大投入服務商戶及便利消費者。
報告維持美團2021及2022年收入預測,擴大今年經調整淨虧損預測由原先53.6億元人民幣,擴至66.7億元人民幣;下調明年經調整純利預測3%至130.3億元人民幣。維持予「跑贏行業」評級,目標價降6%至402港元。
