日本軟銀據報尋求擴大阿里股份抵押銀團貸款總額至100億美元
《彭博通訊社》引述消息報道,日本軟銀尋求增加3月底取得的銀團槓桿貸款,由81.25億美元增至100億美元。消息指,軟銀正邀請更多貸款人加入,新增貸款額息率為2.7厘,即倫敦銀行同業拆息加250點子。
有關貸款由日本軟銀旗下Skywalk Finance GK借入,以部分阿里(09988.HK)(BABA.US)股份作抵押。款項將以貸款、股息或分發等方式傳予日本軟銀集團,作為一般企業用途。
