台积电创办人称中国半导体制造落後五年以上
据台湾传媒报道,台积电(TSM.US)创办人张忠谋在论坛上表示,中国的竞争在过去二十年、投资数百亿美元之後,半导体制造仍然落後台积电五年以上,逻辑半导体设计也落後美国及台湾一至两年。他认为三星是台积电的强劲对手,主要是韩国在发展半导体方面跟台湾相似。他强调半导体制造是一个攸关民生、经济、国防的重要产业,也是第一个台湾在世界竞争得到相当优势的行业,这优势得来不易,守住亦不易,希望政府、社会、台积电本身要「努力守住」。
