傳許家印間接出資接配股貨 恆大汽車(00708.HK)跌逾一成
恆大汽車(00708.HK)年初宣布向6名投資者配股籌260億元,並於本月9日收款,當中包括京基集團董事長陳華名下成宇控股以50億元認購部分股份。據財新報道,有關交易實際是恆大汽車老闆許家印與陳華商議,由陳華出讓京基地產位於深圳的在建項目「京基御景薈都」予中國恆大(03333.HK),再把所得資金用於換取恆大汽車1.875%股權。
報道引述業內人士估計,「京基御景薈都」項目未來可產生收益介乎20億至40億元人民幣,料許家印分散恆大汽車的股權,有利緩和資本市場因恆大汽車股權高度集中而對其股價的猜疑。
恆大汽車今日股價曾跌逾14.3%,低見58.8元,收報59.7元,跌近13%。(el/u) ~
