江淮汽車(600418.SH)：與博世動力總成系統簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 4 月 21日丨江淮汽車(600418.SH)公佈，公司與博世動力總成系統簽訂戰略合作框架協議。
本着互惠互利、共同發展的原則，合作各方應充分發揮各自的技術、質量和市場優勢，建立起長遠、緊密、共贏的戰略合作關係。鑑於博世動力總成系統中國區在柴油噴射系統、後處理產品、電驅系統產品、燃料電池關鍵部件及系統集成能力等方面具有較高技術水平，且博世動力總成系統中國區願意利用自己的技術優勢和經驗，支持公司產品達到未來的法規要求，從而提升江汽集團產品的市場競爭力。江汽集團願意利用自己的市場影響力，支持博世動力總成系統中國區擴大在中國市場的影響力。同時，在博世動力總成系統中國區產品具有競爭力的情況下，江汽集團可以考慮優先選擇博世動力總成系統中國區進行合作；博世動力總成系統中國區將會配置優秀的團隊和優良的資源，提供具有競爭力的價格和服務，保證與江汽集團合作的項目保質按時完成。
雙方同意延續一直以來的緊密合作，從以下三個方面，開創嶄新的未來。
1)雙方協同就面向後國六時代零排放的高效內燃機進行開發合作，其中搭載博世動力總成系統中國區燃油系統及後處理噴射系統的皮卡CN6b RDE在2021年項目啟動，2023年7月小批量投放市場。
2)雙方就400V和800V電驅系統、碳化硅逆變器和電驅橋全方面開展交流合作，綜合考慮輕量化/成本/效率/功能安全/可靠性等，為最終用户創造價值。針對400V高速單減系統匹配純電輕卡項目在2021年雙方共同開發協作，爭取2021年年底具備小批量投放市場條件。
3)雙方就博世動力總成系統燃料電池部件搭載江汽集團整車開展意向研究，成立合作小組，根據市場形勢變化和需求，有計劃推進燃料電池輕卡/重卡/客車項目開發，並進一步探討深度合作機會。
此次簽署的系框架協議，具體合作內容將以簽訂的相關合同為準。此次合作事項將與公司現有業務產生協同效應，有利於公司推進節能環保、新能源商用車產品的發展。鑑於雙方相關合作將於2021年啟動，產品和技術開發存在一定的開發週期和終端產品推廣期，預計不會對公司2021年經營業績構成較大影響。
