报道指汇控(00005.HK)高层调迁往亚洲引来多方不满
《彭博通讯社》引述消息人士指,汇丰控股(00005.HK)拟调迁四名高层往亚洲的决定引来多方不满,先是大中华区的高级管理层恐官僚将令集团於亚洲的发展步伐放慢,亦有消息人士指过往一直在亚洲区享有高度自主的地区主管王冬胜对调迁成本表达不满。报道并引述其中一位调迁高层、投资银行部门联席主管Greg Guyett曾於电话会议上提及亚洲地区的管理差劲(poor management)。
报道又指,部份员工受到高层调迁往亚洲的决定感鼓舞。汇控发言人拒就报道作出评论。
