《盈警響號》建禹集團(08196.HK)料首季淨虧損收窄至400萬人幣
建禹集團(08196.HK)發盈警,預期截至2021年3月31日止三個月收入將不少於1,250萬元人民幣(下同),按年下跌約33%,而第一季度除稅後淨虧損將不少於400萬元,較去年同期的虧損763萬元減少。
公司解釋,收入減少主要由於2020年在建項目已接近完工階段;及新項目處於施工前準備階段,未能達到收入階段。除稅後淨虧損下降是由於期內集團承接一個毛利率較高的一次性短期經營項目,令首季毛利和毛利率有所上升;及今年首季無產生施工資質升級費用。
