《盈警响号》建禹集团(08196.HK)料首季净亏损收窄至400万人币
建禹集团(08196.HK)发盈警,预期截至2021年3月31日止三个月收入将不少於1,250万元人民币(下同),按年下跌约33%,而第一季度除税後净亏损将不少於400万元,较去年同期的亏损763万元减少。
公司解释,收入减少主要由於2020年在建项目已接近完工阶段;及新项目处於施工前准备阶段,未能达到收入阶段。除税後净亏损下降是由於期内集团承接一个毛利率较高的一次性短期经营项目,令首季毛利和毛利率有所上升;及今年首季无产生施工资质升级费用。
