正股表现：美团(3690)昨日低开後曾反弹，更曾重上300元水平，惟收市跌约0.3%。今早则低开约0.2%後反弹并重上290元水平，最高见295.4元。现报291.8元，升约0.9%，见前跑赢大市。
美团公布，拟发行2027年及2028年零息可换股债券，本金总额分别约14.8亿及15亿美元，并配售1.87亿股，配售价为每股273.8元，折让约5.3%。而美团亦拟将配股所得款项用於科技创新、包括无人车、无人机配送等前沿技术领域的研发，及一般企业用途。
及後有券商指美团集资後现金多於拼多多及京东(9618)，将支持社区团购等新业务发展。该行维持对美团「买入」投资评级，目标价404元。
资金流向：观察个股轮证资金流向，可见认购证於昨日获资金转向，录得约620万元资金流入。而认沽证则於上周五录得约390万元资金流入後，昨日获资金转向沽出。牛熊证方面，则见昨日牛证继续获资金流入，有约300万元。而昨日流入熊证的资金则集中在310至320元收回区域的产品。进而观察港股通资金流向，则见昨日美团继续获北水买入，录得约2.2亿元资金净买入。
