Tesla回应车展维权事件 称不会妥协不合理诉求
Tesla(TSLA.US)昨日在上海车展出现抗议事件,一名女子穿上印有「刹车失灵」以及Tesla商标的上衣,爬上车顶大喊「刹车失灵」。
Tesla在微博上回应指,该女子是2月份河南安阳超速违规发生碰撞事故的车主,车主及後以产品质量为由坚持退还车辆,Tesla曾提出由第三方进行检测、维修或保险赔偿等安排,但车主依然拒绝任何建议。
Tesla表示,如果是公司产品的问题,Tesla一定会负责到底,但对於不合理的诉求,公司亦绝不会妥协。
