植耀辉: 新经济股限制恒指升幅 美团(03690.HK)中性看法不变
耀才证券研究部总监植耀辉称，港股昨日(19日)表现不俗，全日计恒指上升136点，收报29,106点，成交金额亦增至1,501.6亿元。港股能有理想表现，大部分原因似乎是与A股有关，皆因A股走势有所转强，特别是上综指又再次突破3,450点支持，所以如短期A股继续造好，相信港股或有机会有所突破。只是科技股走势仍然较逊色，昨日ATM三者均逆市下跌，反映大市投资气氛仍有所保留。当然三者各有其消息，不过如A股仍再有突破，则港股目标有望进一步上移，预期暂於28,500至29,500点水平上落。
当中亦可谈谈美团(03690.HK)。公司於昨日收市後宣布以先旧後新配股，以及发行可换股债券，合共集资近一百亿美元，集资所得用於投入科技创新及用於对无人配送等科技研发。笔者相信由於美团仍将加大发展社区团购等新业务之上，对资金渴求仍殷切，加上早前已有不少相关消息，故集资亦属预期之内。问题只是烧钱进度如何，同时新业务何时扭亏仍属未知之数，加上未来尚有政策风险，所以对集团前景看法仍倾向中性，即使配股消息终落实消除一不确定性，但现阶段仍不建议大家入市矣!

全球疫情反覆 留意A股短期後市表现
耀才研究部称，隔晚(19日)美股下跌，全球疫情反覆限制大市表现，TESLA(TSLA.US)电动车在美国德州发生意外，股价跌逾3%，亦拖累纳指跌幅接近1%。港股ADR偏软，「黑期」今早亦跌近200点，恒指早段很大可能跟随外围股市低走，而A股能否维持昨日强势将是关键。相信今日(20日)市场焦点将会投放在美团(03690.HK)身上，公司以先旧後新方式配股集资，《路透》报道，每股配售价以273.8元定价，接近配售价范围上限，以昨日收市价289.2元计算折让约半成。另外，公司亦会发行总值30亿美元可换股债券，预计合共集资近100亿美元，消息指集资所得，将会投入科技创新，用作无人配送等科技研发。由於市场早已预料美团会作出上述动作，料股价於短期後市影响不大，但毕竟发新股及可换股债亦将会摊薄效应，留意大行对此评价，而估计300元关口将会成为短期後市首个阻力位。
恒指昨日成功重越29,000点关口，而日中一度突破50天线，短期後市较关键的是成交金额能否持续改善，及指数能否於短期後市正式突破50天线。只要恒指於短期後市继续企稳10天线之上，形态该有利指数於4月份续创月内新高，而目标可先上望3月18日高位29,596点。
