國藝娛樂(08228.HK)擬認購L’Officiel 10%股份
格隆匯4月18日丨國藝娛樂(08228.HK)公佈，於2021年4月17日，公司與L’Officiel Inc SAS訂立約束力的意向書，內容有關於認購L’Officiel的10%股份，公司承諾通過配發和發行每股面值0.10港元的5億股普通股來結算目標股份的認購款項，認購須在2021年5月15日或之前召開的L’Officiel股東大會上獲得L’Officiel股東的批准。
