易華錄(300212.SZ)：與人民數據簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 4 月 18日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，為貫徹落實國家新基建發展戰略，助力新型基礎設施建設，發展新一代信息網絡，拓展5G應用，加速產業升級。公司與人民數據管理(北京)有限公司(“人民數據”)經友好協商，於近日簽署了《戰略合作協議》。雙方將本着“資源共享、優勢互補、合作創新、互利共贏”的原則，就數據中心建設運營開展合作。該協議為戰略合作協議，具體合同執行金額將根據相關業務實際開展情況確定。
合作主要內容如下：1、雙方合作建設數據中心基礎設施項目，共同參與數據中心的建設和運營。在數據中心建設中，人民數據在同等條件下優先選擇易華錄數據中心基礎設施設備產品。
2、雙方依託人民數據聚合的權威政務、企業、輿情等數據及易華錄數據湖內海量政府、企業相關數據，在數據安全存儲、價值挖掘、開放共享上依法合規的進行合作探索。雙方在數字經濟基礎設施上進行合作，依託數據湖基礎設施資源，共同建設符合人民數據要求的大數據災備中心。
3、雙方可合作進行數據中心新技術的研發和應用，提升雙方在數據中心領域的技術領先優勢；可共同研討數據中心節能解決方案，共同實現低碳綠色的數據中心建設，探索符合碳中和要求的數據中心建設模式。
人民數據作為人民網下屬公司，負責以承建大數據災備中心、應急數據中心、智慧黨建數據中心等大數據項目。此次協議簽署後，易華錄將與人民數據以易華錄北方數據湖為試點，共同推進大數據災備中心建設。雙方聯合設立人民數據研究院數據資產研究中心，為政府和公眾提供湖存儲、IDC、雲計算、數據資產化、超級存儲雲、城市大腦、數字視網膜等優質服務，形成以數據湖為核心的大數據產業生態圈。本協議的簽署代表着易華錄數據湖受到了國有大數據企業的認可，有利於易華錄在輿情、黨建等數據領域拓展自身數據資產化及數據運營業務，推進公司“數據湖+”戰略實施。
