粵海置地(00124.HK)料首季賺不少於1.8億港元
格隆匯 4 月 16日丨粵海置地(00124.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2021年3月31日止三個月將錄得未經審核歸屬於公司持有者溢利不少於1.80億港元,而2020年同期未經審核歸屬於公司持有者虧損為約400萬港元。
影響前述集團截至2021年3月31日止三個月預期業績的主要因素包括:(a)粵海城項目西北部土地興建的物業已於2020年6月完成竣工備案及集團開始交付物業予買家。於回顧期內,集團若干收入及溢利來自該等物業的銷售;及(b)因銷售活動增加、集團業務架構的擴充及除税前溢利增加,各項費用及所得税支出較上年同期有所增加。
