美国铝业(Alcoa)(AA.US)公布截至3月底止首季度业绩。季度纯利1.75亿美元,按年升1.18倍,每股纯利93美仙。季度收入28.7亿美元,按年升21%,高於市场预期的26.2亿美元。扣除特殊项目的除息税折旧摊销前溢利(EBITDA)按年升62%至5.21亿美元,为2018年年底以来最高,高於市场预期的4.51亿美元。
美国铝业股价在延长交易时段升4.1%报34.2美元。该股现价为去年新冠疫情低位的6倍多,受铝需求上升及中国因削减碳排放引发市场预期铝产能扩张受限所支持。指标铝价自去年9月底至今年3月己上涨25%。
