新威工程(08616.HK)斥4,300萬元購九龍青山道工廈單位
新威工程(08616.HK)公布,附屬新威工程於4月15日與賣方Wellsum Development訂立初步買賣協議,將斥資4,300萬元購買九龍青山道501-503號國際工業大廈5樓A及B室,並將該物業租回予賣方,為期六個月,自2021年7月1日起至12月31日止,月租金為10萬元。雙方預計於4月30日或之前就收購該物業簽立正式協議。
