据《浙江新闻》报道,浙江省政府党组会议强调,要切实督促阿里巴巴(09988.HK)(BABA.US)、蚂蚁集团全面落实整改责任,按时高质量完成整改任务并推动监管常态化;要切实建立健全规则制度,明确能做什麽的正面清单和不能做什麽的负面清单,完善市场准入规则,加强数据产权制度建设;要切实提升监管能力和水平,实施好平台经济监管20条,用好「浙江公平在线」,实现事前事中事後全链条监管;充实反垄断监管力量,按规定将平台领域金融活动全部纳入监管等。(ta/w)
