《即日市评》恒指下滑及成交逾两月低 快手市值跌穿万亿元
受科网及银行股跌势拖累下，港股今日反覆回落。油价上升带动美国能源股，但大型科技股偏软影响大市，美股指昨晚升0.2%，但纳指昨晚下滑1%；美国联储局主席鲍威尔表示可能会在考虑加息之前缩减买债规模，但不太可能於明年前加息，执笔之时美国十年期国债孳息率跌至1.619厘，美汇指数回落至91.57，美股道指期货最新升134点或0.4%，纳指期货最新升0.6%。人行开展1,500亿人币MLF操作及100亿人币逆回购，上证综指全日跌17点或0.5%收3,398、深证成指跌0.4%，内地创业板指数下滑0.5%，沪深两市成交额共6,607亿人民币。
恒指低开28点後跌幅扩大，曾跌369点低见28,530点，其後随内地股市跌幅收窄，全日跌107点或0.4%，收28,793点；国指跌93点或0.8%，收10,905点；恒生科技指数跌82点或1%，收8,142点。大市全日成交总额缩减至1,245.1亿元，录逾两个月低，沪港通南下交易录得净流出3.07亿元人民币，深港通南下交易录得净流入13.1亿元人民币。国药(01099.HK)逆市破顶升6.3%收22.05元，国药集团新冠灭活疫苗国内接种破亿剂．。
【快手沽压重 市值穿万亿】
国家市监局发平台企业合规承诺第二批包括腾讯(00700.HK)、快手(01024.HK)及哔哩哔哩(09626.HK)。科网股续受压，腾讯股价走低0.6%收620元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)股价下滑1.7%，而快手全日股价挫7.7%收240元，市值跌穿1万亿关至9,981.4亿元。快手表示作出六项承诺，包括不强制平台内经营者进行「二选一」，不滥用市场支配地位，不实施垄断协议，不违法实施经营者集中，不实施不正当竞争行为。
据内媒报道，腾讯平台与内容事业群(PCG)宣布进行新一轮组织架构和人事调整，为PCG自2018年成立以来最大规模的调整，被指是为应对来自字节跳动的竞争。集团旗下的视频业务腾讯视频、微视及应用商店应用宝将整合为「在线视频事业群」(OVB)，深入发展视频市场，由副总裁孙忠怀担任该事业部的首席执行官，负责内容、运营和会员体系，并由副总裁林松涛担任总裁，管理产品体系和技术。
【沽空率上升 李宁逆市扬】
港股今日市宽转弱，主板股票的升跌比率17比24(上日为28比15)，下跌股份967只(跌幅2.1%)，恒指成份股今日22只股份上升，下跌股份33只，升跌比率为40比60(上日为91比7)；大市今日录沽空176.81亿元，占可沽空股份成交亿1,007.41元的17.551%(上日15.079%)。
部份体育用品股有支持，李宁(02331.HK)及特步(01368.HK)全日股价均升3.1%，安踏(02020.HK)股价涨近1%。瑞银发表报告指，安踏公布首季零售销售，当中安踏品牌销售增长符合预期，Fila及其他品牌增长则胜过预期。该行对安踏品牌的重振计划感到正面，并看好Fila的增长前景，目标价由155.9上调至170.3元，评级「买入」。
瑞银指，安踏品牌核心线下库存水平已回复至5个月的健康水平，Fila就回复至6个月。该行称看好安踏品牌重振计划，包括丰富产品组合，增加更多不限於国旗主题以外的高端产品，以及商务装和高端篮球鞋、跑鞋等。(wl/a)
