高盛發報告指銅為「新石油」 料銅價2025年底前漲逾六成
高盛發表報告,指銅為減少碳排放及以新能源作為石油代替品的關鍵材料,但市場面臨供應短缺,預計每噸銅價將由目前9,000美元上漲至2025年的1.5萬美元,升幅逾六成。報告指銅在風力、太陽能及地熱等清潔能源的生產、儲存及分配中扮演重要角色,並形容銅為「新石油」。在沒有大幅增加使用銅及其他關鍵材料下,討論石油需求見頂及以可再生能源代替石油將不能發生。
報告預計全球對銅需求將較目前增長9倍,到2030年升至870萬噸,即使綠色能源應用增長放緩,全球對銅需求仍將增長6倍至540萬噸。高盛認為銅市未預備好應對需求上升,過去一年銅價已上漲八成,但供應未有跟上。
