格隆匯4月15日丨建業地產(0832.HK)股價繼續走強,現報4.01港元,漲幅5.5%,最新總市值118.4億港元;該股近四個交易日累計上漲9.5%。公司12日公吿稱,間接全資附屬公司上海豫進擬8.48億元人民幣收購河南建業富居投資有限公司10%股權。完成後,持股比例升至65%。目標公司主要於河南省鄭州市從事房地產投資、開發及銷售,目標集團目前主要為發展鄭州五龍口城中改造項目及花園口合村並城項目。
