國農金融投資(08120.HK)公布,全資附屬廣諾租用上水石湖墟龍琛路39號上水廣場5樓513號舖,可出租面積2,045方呎,以作旗下品牌「牛摩+」餐廳營運,為期三年,租期內總租金為434.36萬元,另須繳付額外的營業額租金,即該物業在應付租金月份的業務總收入超過每月基本租金的11%。
