格隆匯 4 月 14日丨東方園林(002310.SZ)公佈,預計2021年第一季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損3.8億元-4.9億元,上年同期虧損28701.32萬元。
一方面,報吿期內,公司根據融資進度合理安排生態工程類業務施工節奏,對於融資較困難的項目,採取現狀結算、收尾回購、轉讓股權等方式進行盤活,對公司營業收入產生了一定影響;另一方面,受季節性以及春節影響,一季度可施工天數較少。上述因素疊加導致公司一季度營業收入減少,業績出現虧損。
