格隆匯 4 月 14日丨*ST天馬(002122.SZ)公佈,預計2021年第一季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1100萬元-1500萬元,上年同期虧損151萬元。主要由以下原因導致:
1、公司2021年第一季度末對持有的金融資產進行了初步評估,預計可實現公允價值變動收益及投資收益2800萬元至3800萬元,主要為2020年度新增投資項目增值收益。
2、公司2021年第一季度確認對原控股股東喀什星河創業投資有限公司利息收入約592萬元,相比上年同期減少約1615萬元,主要系原控股股東資金佔用款償還所致,此項收入屬於非經常性損益。
