格隆匯 4 月 14日丨青鳥消防(002960.SZ)公佈，預計2021年第一季度實現營業收入4.3億元-4.9億元，同比增長153.24%-188.57%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4700萬元-5800萬元，同比增長799.69%-1010.26%。
2021年是公司成立20週年，亦是公司未來三年規劃的元年。開年以來，公司整體生產、經營情況良好，品牌影響力進一步提升，為全年經營計劃的推進打下良好開端。
一季度產品訂單、發貨、回款各項指標同比快速增長，與此同時，基於佈局發展的需要，公司投入端(管理費用、銷售費用、研發費用)也保持了快速增長，主要體現在：
一方面，在持續保持研發投入強度、完善國內外產品線的升級、新進細分行業(特別是圖像應用產品線等)開發的同時，為了進一步構建、夯實公司在消防電子全方位的競爭地位，一季度公司結合未來戰略佈局，公司持續加強應急疏散、工業消防以及智慧消防、家用消防、安消一體化等新業務增長點的佈局投入以及品牌、銷售渠道的建設，尤其在人員儲備方面，受未來新三年規劃影響，公司自2020年下半年開始加大人員引進力度，特別是進入2021年來，截至一季度末員工人數較2020年3月末增加500餘人，這些投入將有利於促進品牌力提升、新業務發展。
另一方面，受經濟大環境的影響，生活成本、原材料成本上升明顯；同時，股權激勵計劃等的實施，也增加了公司的運營成本。
未來三年，公司將以“三駕馬車”——通用消防報警(含海外)、應急照明與智能疏散、工業消防為核心，並積極佈局智慧消防、家用消防，力爭實現50億元以上的銷售規模；同時，公司亦將持續加強產品與技術研發，強化市場營銷體系建設與推廣力度，全面推動以“降本增效”為核心的運營管理工作，在擴大規模的同時提升公司的盈利能力，致力於成為全球領先的消防安全企業。
