英国金融行为监管局(FCA)表示,英国将利用脱欧後在法规上的自由,日後更灵活地监管市场,并进一步提升伦敦金融城对全球投资者的吸引力。
FCA已开始放宽场外大宗股票交易的限制,FCA国际部门主管Nausicaa Delfas表示,英国金融市场已进入新阶段,未来会继续对全球保持开放并建立一个健全的标准。
