美团(03690.HK)回应主要股东拟配股传闻指不属实 更换托管行属常见操作
据内媒《观察者网》报道,有媒体猜测,联交所中央结算系统(CCASS)数据显示有投资者将逾3亿股或5.12%美团(03690.HK)实名持股股份转由高盛持仓,此举或是美团主要股东欲抛售离场。对此,美团回应观察者网称,市场相关猜测均不属实。
美团表示,CCASS的变动是股东转移股权和更换托管行的一种常见操作,这种情况也经常在其他股票上发生。上两次美团CCASS有相似规模股数的大额变动时,其後证实均没有发生任何股份交易。
联交所中央结算系统持股纪录查询服务数据显示,高盛持有或代客持股由上周的1.32亿股,增至本周的4.34亿股,持股比例由2.24%增至7.36%。意味着可能有投资者将逾3亿股或5.12%实名持股股份转由高盛持仓。据悉,除创办人王兴外,美团目前持股5%以上的主要股东包括腾讯及红杉资本。
