好孩子國際(01086.HK)獲得1.65億美元定期貸款融資
格隆匯4月13日丨好孩子國際(01086.HK)發佈公吿,為了就若干現有銀行貸款進行再融資,於2021年4月13日,公司全資附屬公司好孩子(香港)有限公司(作為借款人)、公司(作為保證人)、一家金融機構(作為委任牽頭安排簿記行及包銷行、融資代理人及擔保代理人)及若干金融機構(作為原貸款人)訂立融資協議,內容有關自首個提款日期起計為期36個月的1.65億美元定期貸款融資。通過新增貸款人,融資協議下的總承貸額可增加不超過8500萬美元。通過此項再融資,公司的債務結構得以優化,相關債務成本得以改善。
