格隆匯4月13日丨中新賽克(002912.SZ)披露2021年第一季度業績預吿,公司預計2021年1-3月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1000.00萬元-1500.00萬元,同比下降68.86%-53.29%。
報吿期內,公司預計實現的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上年同期有所下降,主要原因是:
1、報吿期內,公司根據《企業會計準則》的相關規定,計提股權激勵成本約3000萬元。剔除股權激勵成本的影響後,預計實現的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較2020年第一季度增長20%-40%,而公司2019年第一季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損621.47萬元。
2、報吿期內,得益於國家對新冠疫情的有效管控,公司有序推進了國內外項目的實施交付,預計實現的營業收入較2020年第一季度增長約20%,較2019年第一季度增長約100%。
