埃斯頓(002747.SZ)業績快報：2020年淨利升133.49%至1.28億元
格隆匯4月13日丨埃斯頓(002747.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入25.10億元，同比增長61.84%；營業利潤1.32億元，同比增長137.44%；利潤總額1.58億元，同比增長115.68%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.28億元，同比增長133.49%；基本每股收益0.15元。業績變動原因系：
(1)報吿期內，公司繼續以“成為受國際同行認可和尊重的運動控制解決方案提供商”和“成為中國機器人的世界品牌”為戰略願景，堅持“雙核雙輪驅動”發展戰略和“All Made By Estun”的全產業鏈戰略不動搖，進一步強化核心技術和供應鏈自主可控的業務發展模式，同時繼續推進國際化資源整合，完成了德國Cloos公司的併購重組。公司抓住自動化需求大幅增長的機會，繼續堅持“通用+細分”戰略，充分利用自主技術、成本和定製競爭優勢拓展機器人市場，搶佔多個細分市場，在2020年3、4季度，公司工業機器人業務得到大幅增長，運動控制解決方案業務也在快速增長。
(2)報吿期內，公司被福布斯評為中國“2020年中國最具創新力企業榜TOP50”，為唯一國產工業機器人企業；根據MIR發佈的《2021年中國工業機器人市場年度報吿》，埃斯頓在2020年中國工業機器人整體市場排名中位列全球機器人整體排名第八位，為唯一進入前十的國產工業機器人企業。公司在2020年度產品品牌得到進一步提升，有力的促進了公司產品銷售。
（3)公司完成了對全球機器人焊接領域領軍企業德國Cloos公司的併購重組，為公司業績的增長帶來積極影響。同時與德國Cloos的協同效應也逐漸顯現，一方面，埃斯頓通過嫁接德國Cloos百年焊接技術，實現雙方產品融合，埃斯頓焊接機器人在速度、精度、性能等指標上均得到大幅提升；另一方面，在焊接機器人領域實施的“雙品牌”戰略亦助力埃斯頓對焊接市場展開“全面包圍”，公司在焊接領域取得訂單的快速增長。
(4)報吿期內公司發生包括簽署南京市江寧區秣陵街道將軍南路155號地塊土地使用權收回協議等事項，增加2020年非經營性損益，最終結果將以會計師事務所審計為準。
(5)經初步核算，報吿期內公司為完成對德國Cloos重大資產重組產生收購兼併服務費約1016萬元，資金佔用財務成本約6610萬元，存貨評估增值攤銷成本2652萬元，合計減少公司利潤總額約1.03億元。
