美国参议员Josh Hawley已提出法案,禁止任何市值超过1,000亿美元的公司进行任何并购,当中包括美国最大型的5间科技公司。
他称,新法案将有效禁止苹果(AAPL.US)、微软(MSFT.US)、亚马逊(AMZN.US)、Alphabet(GOOGL.US)及Facebook(FB.US)进行任何交易,并试图阻止其自家平台歧视竞争对手的产品,不过他承认法案要取得足够的支持是非常困难。
