腾讯(00700.HK)将中期票据计划限额上调至300亿美元
腾讯(00700.HK)公布,公司已於今日(4月13日)更新全球中期票据计划,包括公司近期的公司及财务资料,以及将计划限额由200亿美元提高至300亿美元;公司亦建议向若干专业投资者进行建议票据的国际性发售,已委任摩根士丹利、美银证券及德意志银行担任计划的安排行。
目前公司根据计划仍有本金总额180亿美元的未偿还票据。公司目前拟运用每次发行的票据所得款项净额作公司一般企业用途。
