中文在線(300364.SZ)：與騰訊科技簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 4 月 12日丨中文在線(300364.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與騰訊科技(深圳)有限公司(“騰訊科技”)簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。為加快推進數字出版行業相關版權內容，包括文字、音頻、圖片等的視頻化發展，促進騰訊科技相關技術開發應用能力在數字出版領域拓展，雙方按照“優勢互補、互惠互利、講究實效、共同發展”的原則，在營造產業互聯網發展環境、提升數字出版行業視頻化水平、微信生態戰略等方面開展緊密合作。
雙方圍繞數字版權包含但不限於網絡小説、出版物、漫畫、有聲聽書等內容，服務內容創作者，視頻號生產者，直播生產者開展以下合作：
1、共同發起、搭建基於微信生態的數字版權聯盟。雙方通過版權合作、產品技術服務、知識產權服務、流量扶持傾斜等方式，為數字版權聯盟單位提供服務支撐。
2、共同搭建視頻化數字產品的研究和相關應用。圍繞數字版權探索網絡小説、出版物、漫畫、有聲聽書等版權所有人的數字化二次衍生的產品，深入開展網絡小説、出版物、漫畫、有聲聽書等版權視頻化升級相關的工作。通過微信視頻號和直播的視頻內容、小程序等微信生態組件實現版權一體化運營工作。探索獨立IP基於微信、微信視頻號和直播的運營路徑。
3、共同開展研究、開發產品化創作者服務。通過提供知識產權、產品運營相關服務，幫助微信視頻號和直播生產者獲得更海量的版權內容以及創作指導。同時，基於微信生態的傳播體系，對網絡小説、出版物、漫畫、有聲聽書等數字版權內容所有者提供更多維度的創作收益。
此次戰略合作符合公司的整體戰略佈局，公司本次與騰訊科技簽訂戰略合作框架協議將進一步深化雙方的戰略合作伙伴關係。此次戰略合作有利於雙方發揮各自的領域優勢，協同互補，互利共贏；有利於公司在數字出版行業的市場開拓及業務創新。通過此次合作，將進一步加強公司的可持續發展能力和核心競爭力。
