中國投資開發(00204.HK)與慈信醫融簽訂戰略投資合作意向書
格隆匯 4 月 12日丨中國投資開發(00204.HK)公吿，公司已與慈信醫融科技有限公司("慈信醫融")簽訂戰略投資合作意向書。雙方建立戰略合作伙伴關係，在符合法律、法規及金融監管要求的前提下，進行多領域的全面合作，結成戰略合作夥伴，有助於雙方優勢互補、資源共享，推動和促進雙方業務的快速增長和全面進步。
慈信醫融的主營業務是全科醫療體系，是一間在創新服務及創新預防、診療、康養等方面業務的優質企業，有明顯的發展優勢，旗下業務和項目有一定的融資和發展需求。而公司有意在國內拓展投資業務，公司同意除自身有可能投資外，也可引入其他投資者或協助慈信醫融融資，公司將盡快安排工作人員對慈信醫融專案實地查證及進行盡職調查，完成查證後，公司將與慈信醫融落實融資方案。
中國政府在不斷完善國民健康政策，為大眾提供全方位全週期健康服務，全科醫療體系在基本醫療衞生服務中發揮着不可替代的重要作用，全科醫生制度，家庭醫生簽約服務已經成為中國國家戰略，是中國國民健康保障體系的基礎。截至2021年第一季度，慈信集團(包括慈信醫融)已經在全國各地合作建立了二十一個省級全科醫學服務中心，覆蓋超過三百家三甲醫院全科規培基地和全科醫學科，延伸服務鏈接支持超過一萬家鄉鎮衞生院和社區衞生服務中心數萬支全科醫生團隊，並巡診指導眾多的健康驛站為百姓提供全週期全過程健康管理服務。慈信集團(包括慈信醫融)在中國大陸全科醫學服務體系建設、職工健康保障以及專科、全科全週期全過程慢性病管理等多領域均處於第一梯隊。
公司認為，意向書項下擬進行的合作事項符合集團的業務發展策略及計劃，董事會認為，此次與慈信醫融的合作是本公司對大健康產業投資佈局的良好開端，可為集團帶來新的利潤增長點，董事會認為此舉符合公司及股東的整體利益，擬合作事項若有進展，公司將於適當時候遵照香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則作進一步公吿。
