寧波銀行(002142.SZ):完成發行50億元金融債券
格隆匯 4 月 12日丨寧波銀行(002142.SZ)公佈,經中國人民銀行和寧波銀保監局核准,公司獲准在全國銀行間債券市場公開發行不超過100億元人民幣的金融債券。
本次債券分期發行,本期為“寧波銀行股份有限公司2021年第一期金融債券”,為最後一期。本期債券已於2021年4月9日完成簿記建檔,實際發行規模為50億元人民幣,品種為3年期固定利率債券,票面利率為3.48%。
本期債券的募集資金將劃入公司賬户,並依據適用法律和監管部門的要求,用於優化中長期負債來源並支持新增中長期資產業務的開展。
