東軟教育(09616.HK)旗下第四所高校將落户福建莆田
2021年4月12日，東軟教育科技有限公司(以下簡稱 "東軟教育"，"公司"；股份代號：09616.HK)發佈公吿，其非全資附屬公司大連東軟教育科技集團有限公司(以下簡稱"大連教育")與莆田市國資委全資附屬公司福建省建投集團有限公司(以下簡稱"福建建投")簽訂合作協議，將在莆田市湄洲灣北岸經濟開發區建立一所新職業學院(暫名為"福建東軟學院")。根據協議內容，福建建投獲莆田市政府授權負責該學院項目的土地收購及校園建設，預期校園建設將於取得相關施工許可證後2年內完工，同時福建建投已同意向大連教育授予認購期權，由大連教育(或東軟教育的其他成員)於校園建設完成後收購項目公司的全部股權，且行使價將根據當時的獨立估值釐定。
東軟教育是中國領先的IT高等教育集團，聚焦於"IT+健康醫療科技"領域，形成了以學歷高等教育、繼續教育服務、教育資源與數字工場三大主營業務構成的數字化人才教育服務生態體系，現在遼寧大連、四川成都、廣東佛山運營3所IT應用型本科大學，現有在校生近4萬人。本次在莆田市委市政府支持下建設的福建東軟學院(暫定名)，將成為東軟教育的第四所大學，也標誌着公司學歷高等教育業務從環渤海、成渝經濟圈、粵港澳大灣區進一步擴展至海峽西岸經濟區，進一步提升公司的整體辦學規模、品牌影響力和區域輻射力。
根據公吿內容，在福建東軟學院(暫定名)交付之前，東軟教育已獲授權無償使用仙遊校區過渡辦學，暨以湄洲灣職業技術學院東軟現代產業學院(仙遊校區)的名義獨立運營並根據已獲批開設的IT相關專業招生。東軟教育在莆田的辦學將得到莆田市相應的政策支持和補貼。
東軟教育管理層表示，在莆田市委市政府的大力支持下籌建東軟教育的第四所大學，是在國家和福建省大力發展職業教育背景下東軟教育發展規劃的進一步落實，充分體現了莆田市對東軟教育辦學品質的高度認可。東軟教育將充分利用20多年的辦學積澱及東軟產業資源優勢，與各方密切溝通、積極配合，快速推動項目落地，培養更多滿足產業發展需求的實用型技術技能人才，為莆田經濟社會高質量發展注入新動力、拓展新空間。
