路劲元朗「山水盈」累套近34亿元 尽推货尾单位
路劲地产元朗锦田住宅项目「山水盈」至今累售271个单位,占全盘单位总数超过八成,当中更包括洋房及特色单位,合共成交金额近34亿元。
项目去年底正式开始交楼程序及陆续入伙。发展商今日(12日)发出最新销售安排,尽推所有单位,并同时上载全新第7号价单,涉及22伙,全数为位於第8座的三房一套连工作间及洗手间户型,实用面积由980至1,006平方尺,买家最高可享售价12%之折扣优惠,折实尺价由11,856元至13,727元,折实售价由1,161.9万元至1,380.9万元。
根据最新销售安排,项目本周五(16日)推出60伙,32伙以价单方式发售,28伙洋房及特色户则招标。
