廣南(集團)(01203.HK)斥6,000萬人幣投得佛山工業地皮
廣南(集團)(01203.HK)公布,附屬粵海食品佛山競投得佛山市工業用地的土地使用權,總代價為6,000萬元人民幣,相當於約7,099.2萬港元,已與佛山市公共資源中心訂立成交確認書,作為成功中標的結果,將動用其內部資源撥付。
該地塊位於中國廣東省佛山市南海區獅山鎮長興路以南,廣三高速以北的長虹嶺工業園區,總面積約為34,368.6平方米,容積率1.5至3倍,工業用途土地使用權期限為50年,預計將建造一個屠宰場及相關設施,包括主廠房、動物檢疫檢驗大樓、研發大樓、辦公樓、消防中心、防水池等。
