杭鍋股份(002534.SZ)簽訂3.82億元鍋爐本體及EPC總承包合同
格隆匯4月12日丨杭鍋股份(002534.SZ)宣佈,公司分別於2021年4月2日、4月9日與南通佳興熱電有限公司簽署了《江蘇省洋口港經濟開發區熱電聯產擴建項目一期二階段工程項目主體工程EPC總承包商務合同》和《江蘇省洋口港經濟開發區熱電聯產擴建項目一期二階段工程項目鍋爐本體商務合同》。合同標的為(1)4×270t/h高温超高壓循環流化牀鍋爐及(2)主體工程EPC;合同總金額約為3.82億元,佔公司2020年度經審計的營業收入的7.13%。
