大金重工(002487.SZ)簽訂風電母港產業園項目相關協議
格隆匯4月12日丨大金重工(002487.SZ)宣佈，近日，為積極響應山東省政府工作報吿中提出的“制定實施中遠海風電發展規劃，支持煙台建設北方風電母港”。公司(“乙方”)與煙台市蓬萊區政府(“甲方”)經充分交流和深入溝通，就雙方在蓬萊建設風電母港產業園項目達成共識，簽訂了《風電母港產業園項目戰略合作框架協議》，並基於該框架協議簽訂了《陸上風電開發協議》和《風電葉片項目投資協議》。
其中，《風電母港產業園項目戰略合作框架協議》的合作內容為：(1)雙方共同建設以風電裝備研發製造、運維為主的北方海上風電母港，打造風電主機、葉片、塔筒、法蘭、軸承、海底電纜等全產業鏈條，形成以海上風電為主，海洋牧場、波浪能、潮汐能、氫能、儲能融合發展的清潔能源生態體系。爭取至“十四五”末，成為國內領先、國際知名的海上風電產業基地。
(2)為統籌產業園運營，規範產業項目落地，雙方合作成立產業園運營公司，其中乙方佔股65%，甲方佔股35%。產業園運營公司負責產業園規劃、產業發展謀劃、項目招商、制定落地項目標準、出台項目入駐優惠政策以及後續產業園運營管理，產業園內未來風電產業相關企業進駐均需徵得產業園運營公司同意。
(3)上級部門核准批覆的《蓬萊分散式風電開發建設規劃(2020-2025)》中的陸上風電資源全部配置給乙方。
《陸上風電開發協議》的合作內容為：甲方同意乙方在蓬萊區域內投資建設陸上風力發電項目。陸上風力發電項目總投資約12億元，規劃總裝機容量為16.5萬千瓦，最終數據以上級部門核准批覆的《蓬萊分散式風電開發建設規劃(2020-2025)》為準；及《風電葉片項目投資協議》的項目建設內容為：乙方在蓬萊風電母港產業園內建設風電葉片項目。項目總投資約10億元(根據經營情況分階段投入)，建成12條生產線，年產約800套海上及陸上風電葉片項目。
