去年1月│國家市場監管總局公布《反壟斷法修訂草案(公開微求意見稿)》，首次將互聯網領域納入，對違法行為的處罰上限或將大幅提高至上一年度銷售額的10%。
去年11月2日│人行、銀保監、中證監、國家外匯管理局對螞蟻集團實際控制人馬雲、董事長井賢棟等進行了監管約談。
去年11月3日│上交所和港交所同時公告，暫緩螞蟻集團上市。
去年12月│現行《反壟斷法》在頒布12年後迎來首批互聯網企業因未申報經營者集中被查處。
去年12月1日│浙江省市場監管局將於近日聯合省委宣傳部、省網信辦、省公安廳等14個網絡市場監管聯席會議成員單位共同開展專項行動發布結果稱，涉及「雙11」的網購投訴舉報量卻比去年同期下降近30%。
去年12月14日│市場監管總局對阿里收購銀泰商業、閱文(00772.HK)收購新麗傳媒、豐巢收購中郵智遞三起股權收購案件中，涉及的三家收購方分別處以50萬人幣罰款。
去年12月24日│市場監管總局指據舉報，依法對阿里巴巴集團實施「二選一」等涉嫌壟斷行為立案調查。針對市場舉報情況，市場監管總局調查組執法人員進駐阿里集團開展調查。
去年12月25日│《人民日報》評阿里涉嫌壟斷被調查，指「平台經濟的發展固然離不開規模效應和網絡效應，但絕不意味著平台企業可以走向壟斷。」
今年2月2日│阿里主席兼首席執行官張勇表示，螞蟻暫緩上市和對阿里集團反壟斷調查，是冷靜反思和提升自己的重要機會，正在與市場監管總局充分合作，成立了由多個相關部門負責人組成的專項工作組，開展相關業務自查工作。
今年3月12日│市監局發布信息，據《反壟斷法》，對包括騰訊(00700.HK)、美團(03690.HK)及阿里巴巴在內的12家中國互聯網科技公司作出頂格處罰，分別處以罰款50萬人民幣。
今年4月10日│市監局依法作出行政處罰決定，責令阿里停止違法行為，並處以其2019年中國境內銷售額4,557億人民幣4%的罰款，計182.28億人民幣。同時也向阿里巴巴發出《行政指導書》，要求其全面整改，並連續三年向市場監管總局提交自查合規報告。
今年4月10日│阿裡巴巴表示對此處罰，誠懇接受及堅決服從，將強化依法經營，進一步加強合規體系建設，立足創新發展，更好履行社會責任。
