格隆匯4月12日丨珠海港(000507.SZ)披露2021年第一季度業績預吿,公司預計2021年1-3月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6949.09萬元-8107.27萬元,同比增長500%-600%。
業績預增的主要原因系:公司2020年收購興華港口控股有限公司及安徽天楊能源科技發展有限公司,致使公司港口及風電業務規模擴大且整體經營效益穩健提升;港航配套服務板塊業務量增長,利潤提升。
