科創新源(300731.SZ)業績快報：2020年度淨利潤降46.11%至2662.84萬元
格隆匯 4 月 9日丨科創新源(300731.SZ)發佈2020年度業績快報，實現營業收入3.07億元，同比增長0.33%；營業利潤3116.53萬元，同比下降34.20%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2662.84萬元，同比下降46.11%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1686.7萬元，同比增長49.97%；基本每股收益0.22元。
報吿期內，公司經營業績主要來源於通信天饋系統用防水密封材料和電力用絕緣防火材料的生產和銷售。公司汽車密封件產品、5G通信用塑料金屬化器件和散熱器等產品銷售收入佔報吿期內總收入規模的比重較小。公司於2020年第四季度收購的消費電子業務和新能源業務在2020年度僅納入合併資產負債表範圍，預計將在2021年度實現業績貢獻。
報吿期內，公司在受疫情影響的前提下積極進行業務拓展，生產經營穩定、財務狀況良好，營業收入穩步增長。其中，在防水密封材料領域，公司積極加強與上下游產業鏈的溝通工作，採取多種措施按時保質保量的完成了對主要大客户的交付工作，受到了客户的高度評價，極大地鞏固了公司在細分行業領先的地位。在防火絕緣材料領域，報吿期內公司電力銷售團隊與控股子公司無錫昆成新材料科技有限公司的協同效應進一步顯現，有效夯實了公司在電力市場的核心競爭力，報吿期內公司電力業務銷售收入較去年同期增長約100%。
報吿期內，公司加大產品的市場拓展力度，增加新產品的研發投入，銷售費用和研發費用均有所上升。另外，受公司聯營和合營企業深圳嘉源信德創業投資有限公司和深圳匯智新源創業投資企業(有限合夥)的投資影響，報吿期內，公司對聯營企業和合營企業的投資收益約為-1174.89萬元，與去年同期公司對聯營企業和合營企業的投資收益-172.71萬元相比大幅下降，對公司2020年度業績造成較大影響。
